Will Cristina Yang return to Grey’s Anatomy Season 13? While the chances of a comeback are there, fans are yet to reap any real rewards from this theory. Moreover, one review seems to contradict all hopes for Sandra Oh’s much-loved character. Will Yang only ruin the current Greys Anatomy cast?

Apparently, some think it would be better if she stays out of the plot and just moves on. Below are things you might want to take into further consideration.

Greys Anatomy Cast: Meredith doesn’t need her anymore

CP Entertainment reported that Sandra is willing to do Yang’s character one more time. Her comeback, basically, provides moral support to Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo). The latter has gone through the hardships of being a single parent after Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) left her hanging in tight ropes. They had three gorgeous children.

However, the tides have changed and Meredith seemed to have moved on already. In fact, she is currently hitched with Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson). It looks like all things about her personal life are falling at the right place as well.

Meanwhile, aside from giving moral support to Meredith, Yang’s return provides a plot twist to the life of the newlyweds. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) may not like a comeback too. Owen was Yang’s former love interest. According to Grey’s Anatomy viewers, Sandra’s character is worth more than a third party.

Moreover, even if Sandra had two relationships in the show, her focus remained loyal to her career. She always wanted to become a renowned cardiovascular surgeon and she is doing it right now. Sandra, as we all know, is running a world-class clinic in Switzerland. Per Bustle, fans might want to let her stay there and do what she loves doing the most, ever since.

Why did Yang leave Greys Anatomy cast in the first place?

After 10 strong seasons, Yang finally bid farewell to one of America’s greatest TV series last May 15, 2014. According to the actress, she just felt it was time to go.

New American Media reported that Yang thought her character already gave too much for the show. She has always been ready to take on a different role, so she ventured out for other opportunities. Yang was never on bad terms with her co-stars like what rumors previously claimed.

The 42-year-old Canadian knew that she wanted to become an actress since she was a little kid. She attended ballet lessons loved performing in front of a crowd. At the age of eight, her creative torch was already fully lit.

The Bustle report reiterated that even if fans love Sandra, a lot has changed already. For one thing, Karev and Meredith are now best friends. Yang’s character just wouldn’t fit in anymore.
