Niantic Labs just released Pokemon Go Gen 2 and at least 80 new Pokemon made their way into the game. Trainers would have to, again, search for these 80 Pokemon and catch them since they have to complete their Pokedex. One user in Reddit compiled data to show the list of Pokemon and their spawn rate from the Johto Region since Trainers are having a hard time finding them all.

The user classified the Pokemon obtained in the wild as common, uncommon, rare, super rare, ultra-rare, mythic rare, and region-specific because each Pokémon has different spawn rates. Trainers can easily encounter and catch the first category since they are considered as the common ones. The common ones from the Johto Region include the nine following Pokemon:

  • Sentret
  • Hoothoot
  • Ledyba
  • Spinarak
  • Chinchou
  • Natu
  • Marill
  • Hopip
  • Murkrow

Meanwhile, Trainers can have some difficulties in finding the uncommon ones in the wild. Uncommon Pokemon in the Johto Region show potential since they include the starter Pokemon. The uncommon Pokemon from the Johto Region include the 11 following Pokemon:

  • Wooper
  • Houndour
  • Remoraid
  • Teddyursa
  • Sluga
  • Chikorita
  • Cyndaquil
  • Totodile
  • Aipom
  • Sunkern
  • Yanma

Rare Pokemon, as the name implies, consists of those hard to encounter and catch in the wild. Since they are based on Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the rarest Pokemon in Pokemon Go share the same spawn rate like them. The rare Pokemon from the Johto Region include the 11 following Pokemon:

  • Mantine
  • Corsola
  • Sudowoodo,
  • Wobuffet
  • Snubbull
  • Misdreavus
  • Dunsparce
  • Qwilfish
  • Gligor
  • Shuckly
  • Phanpy

Meanwhile, the user has also included the super rare list which includes a bunch of unique Pokemon harder to find than rare ones. Since some of them definitely show some potential with high base stats, they are worth catching. The super rare Pokemon include the six following Pokemon:

  • Stantler
  • Crobat
  • Skarmory
  • Swinub
  • Pineco
  • Girafarig

Following super rare, the user also added the ultra-rare list where all of the Pokemon mentioned showed high potential. Trainers should attempt to encounter and catch all the Pokemon included here since they pack quite the power and defense. The ultra-rare Pokemon include the seven following Pokemon:

  • Miltank
  • Larvitar
  • Mareep
  • Hitmontop
  • Togetic
  • Blissey
  • Sneasel
